In my facilitation work, I guide teams and organizations through processes of dialogue, reflection, and change. I don’t enter the room as a content expert with ready-made solutions but as a process holder who creates structure and psychological safety so that insight, alignment, and transformation can emerge from within the group. Drawing on my background in systemic therapy, group dynamics, and design thinking, I support teams in navigating complexity, making the invisible visible, and finding their way forward. My approach is mindful, relational, and grounded in the belief that lasting change comes from within — individually and collectively.
