Individual Therapy

What to expect:
Together, we create a space that’s just for you: A space where your experiences, emotions, and inner parts are welcomed with curiosity and care. I use a systemic, resource-oriented, and trauma-informed approach that includes somatic tools and internal parts work (IFS), helping you reconnect with your strengths and gently shift stuck patterns.

Possibly, we will include members of your system, i.e. partner, parents, siblings, friends.

Format:

  • 50-minute sessions

Group Therapy

For those who want to...
experience healing in connection, explore relational patterns, reduce isolation, and grow in a facilitated, supportive group setting.

What to expect:
Group therapy offers a unique mirror, a space where others’ stories can illuminate your own and where feedback, resonance, and shared humanity support transformation. My groups are structured yet spacious, grounded in systemic and trauma-sensitive facilitation.

  • Group sessions are 90 minutes

  • 6–10 participants

Couples & Family Therapy

For relationships seeking...
deeper connection, improved communication, support through transitions, or healing after ruptures. This includes couples, co-parents, siblings, or chosen family constellations.

What to expect:
We explore patterns, dynamics, and unspoken needs within your relationship system. By creating a safe container, I support each person’s voice while helping the system move toward more understanding, empathy, and healthier ways of relating.

Format:

  • 100-minute sessions recommended

  • tailored rhythm, typically every 2-4 weeks

  • In-person or online

This offer is currently not covered by German health insurances and therefore only accessible to self-payers.

Fees & Reimbursement

My services are billed according to the official German fee schedule for psychotherapists (GOP/EBM).

  • Private health insurance: Sessions are usually reimbursed. Please check with your provider.

  • Public (statutory) health insurance: Reimbursement via the Kostenerstattungsverfahren may be possible. I’m happy to support you in navigating the process.

  • Self-payers: You can contact me directly for rates and session planning.

Immediate Support

In acute crisis or emergencies, reach out to emergency services by dialing 112, or go directly to the emergency department of the nearest psychiatric hospital. Alternatively, you can reach out to the Berlin Crisis Service for telephone support or in-person crisis consultations at their local offices.
